TRAVEL

A full contraflow system was scheduled to be in place from 7.30pm on Saturday 12th October, with a single lane in operation in each direction on the northbound carriageway between Kinfauns and Glendoick.
The A90 southbound off slip to St Madoes will be closed during the work. Southbound traffic will be diverted to the next A90 turnoff at Kinfauns where they will be able to return northbound on the A90 and exit at the northbound off slip.
There are alternate routes through to Dundee from Perth other than the A90 and it may be an idea to explore this is an option.

LAST MEETING
The last time Saints and Dundee met in the Tayside derby was back at the end of March at McDiarmid Park.
The visitors ran out winners with goals coming from Lyall Cameron and Amadou Bakayoko. Adama Sidibeh got on the scoresheet for Saints when he netted his first goal for the club via the way of a stunning overhead kick.
LAST TIME OUT: DUNDEE
Dundee were victorious in their last outing when they defeated Motherwell in the William Hill Premiership at Fir Park.
A single goal from Lyall Cameron on 38 minutes was enough to give Tony Docherty’s side the win.
Dundee currently sit in sixth place in the league table.
LAST TIME OUT: SAINTS
Saints recorded a big 3-0 win at McDiarmid Park over Ross County in our last match.
Saints took the lead on 16 minutes when Benji Kimpioka turned home an Adama Sidibeh pass from close range. There was then a VAR review as the visitors felt there had been a foul in the build-up however, the appeals were dismissed and the goal stood.
The Staggies were reduced to ten men just after the half an hour mark when Elijah Campbell picked up a second booking for a foul on Drey Wright. The on-loan Everton defender had been booked earlier in the match for a foul on Nicky Clark.
Saints doubled their lead just before half time as Kimpioka got his second of the afternoon, converting a Matt Smith cross at the back post.
Saints dominated the second half and they thought they had further extended their lead when Clark turned the ball home from close range on 68 minutes. However, the goal was disallowed for offside following a VAR review.
The Staggies were reduced to nine men with 12 minutes remaining as substitute Charlie Telfer was shown a red card for a bad challenge on Sven Sprangler.
Makenzie Kirk then made it 3-0 deep into stoppage time as the Northern Ireland Under 21 international turned a Graham Carey cut-back home from close range.
