TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

Match tickets issued are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Match tickets are issued by, and shall remain the property of St Johnstone Football Club.

2. The purchase of a match ticket constitutes acceptance by the supporter of these Terms and Conditions. Any supporter found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be denied entry to the stadium or ejected from the stadium and the club reserves the right to retain any money paid for the ticket.

3. A match cannot be guaranteed to take place on any particular day or at a particular time and the Club reserves the right to change any advertised fixtures without prior notice or liability.

4. In the event of a match being abandoned, all information regarding ticketing information for the rearranged fixture will be communicated as soon as possible after the rearranged date is confirmed.

5. In the event of a match being postponed for any reason, the ticket will be valid for the rearranged fixture. In the event of postponement/abandonment/cancellation of a match you may be entitled to a refund (in full or in part depending on the circumstances) of the purchase price of the ticket. Please contact the Club for details. In all circumstances, refunds are at the sole discretion of the Club.

6. With the exception of authorised Press or Media representatives holding accreditation issued by the Club, the taking of photographs or filming by any means inside the stadium is prohibited. Mobile telephones are allowed for personal and private use but not for recording matches.

7. Tickets shall be void if re-sold at a premium or for commercial purposes, or used as prizes in competitions or lotteries, without the Clubs’ prior written consent.

8. The purchasing of tickets by visiting supporters in areas of the ground designated to home fans is forbidden. Any away supporters found to be in the home sections of the ground will face the risk of being ejected from the stadium, without recompense. We must also stress that any home supporter found to be purchasing tickets in the home areas of the ground for away supporters, risk having their purchasing privileges revoked. This relates specifically to restricted sale games.

9. For any Category A matches, or restricted sales matches, the Club will only sell tickets to customers who have a season ticket or a qualifying purchasing history. If you fail to meet these criteria then you will be refused sale.

10. St. Johnstone FC may place a limit on the number of Tickets that may be purchased in a single transaction or a series of transactions and reserves the right to cancel Tickets purchased in excess of this number, and provide a refund at the face value of the Tickets.

11. Children under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied by a paying adult.

12. In accordance with The Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005 and The Prohibition of Smoking in Certain Premises (Scotland) regulations 2006, McDiarmid Park has been designated a no smoking stadium and smoking withing the stadium is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of vapes within the stands.

13. In accordance with The Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 it is an offence punishable by law for any person to enter or attempt to enter the stadium:-

a) Whilst in possession of a prohibited container which is or was capable of holding liquid and which if thrown would be capable of causing harm to another person.

b) Whilst in possession of alcohol

c) Whilst drunk

d) Whilst in possession of any article or substance whose main purpose is the emission of a flare for purposes of illuminating or signalling or the emission of smoke or visible gas, or any article which is a firework.

14. The Club cannot guarantee that your seat will not be affected by adverse weather conditions.

15. On entering the stadium, the bearer must retain the Ticket for the duration of the match.

16. St Johnstone FC may from time to time create images and/or audio-visual footage of spectators attending the stadium and this may include you. St Johnstone FC owns all the rights in these images and footage and will be entitled to use these to promote St Johnstone FC and its commercial partners or any other commercial activity.

17. Standing is forbidden in seated viewing areas.

18. The following actions will constitute serious breach of the conditions of entry:-

a) Breach of any Ground Regulations

b) Committing a criminal offence in the stadium or on the premises of St Johnstone FC

c) Endangering the health, safety or welfare of any person at or during a match or while on the premises of St Johnstone FC.

d) Causing damage to any property or premises of St Johnstone FC
