LAST TIME OUT: SAINTS

Saints had to settle for a point in Dingwall last weekend as a late stoppage time goal from Akil Wright salvaged a draw for Ross County.

The hosts took the lead on 19 minutes when Ronan Hale slotted the ball beyond Ross Sinclair after the forward had latched onto a Josh Nisbet pass. The Staggies came close to extending their lead with six minutes of the first half remaining as Akil Wright saw his header cleared off the line by Jack Sanders.

However, Drey Wright levelled the match for Saints just before half time with a fine strike from just outside the box.

Saints took the lead on the hour mark as Nicky Clark curled a fine free kick around the wall and into the corner of the net. Clark then extended Saints lead on 84 minutes with another stunning free kick from 25 yards.

However, Alex Samuel pulled a goal back for County with a close range finish on 87 minutes. Then deep into stoppage time, Wright headed home a Jack Grieves free kick to rescue a point for the hosts.

LAST TIME OUT: CELTIC

Celtic faced a tough test in the Premier Sports Cup when they took on Falkirk at Parkhead last weekend.

Brendan Rodgers’ side came from behind to book their place in the semi-finals of the competition, but they were made to work for their win.

Doubles from Paulo Bernardo and Nicolas Kuhn and a single goal from Paulo Bernardo ultimately gave Celtic victory in a 5-2 win.

MATCH PROGRAMME

The match programme with interviews from around the club and interesting features such as taking a trip down memory lane will be available inside the turnstiles and from the club shop. The price of a programme is £3.50.
