Fran Franczak earns another Poland call-up

Talented St Johnstone youngster Fran Franczak has been called back into Poland’s under-18 squad for an upcoming training camp.

Fran will take part in the training camp before a friendly match against England and then either Belgium or Germany.

The 17-year-old received his first call-up in August and impressed on his debut. He is delighted to be selected again.

Fran said: “It is another very proud moment for me. I managed to impress the manager first time around – and that is what I’ll be looking to do again.

“The first camp went really well. I did pick up a little injury (ankle) but I have come back stronger and need to show what I can do.”

Fran went on to add: “It will be a challenge playing against strong teams but I’ll be ready to give everything.”
