SAINTS SUFFER AGAIN

Saints suffered a second successive heavy defeat this afternoon, going down 4-0 to Partick Thistle in Glasgow.

A starting line-up showing six changes from the 3-0 loss to Dunfermline a week ago never recovered from the loss of an early goal and although they kept the deficit to 1-0 at half-time, a badly disjointed team lost a further three goals in the second half.
