Season Ticket FAQs

With Season Ticket renewals going on-sale from Wednesday 1st July and ahead of our general sale on Wednesday 15th July, we have compiled a list of FAQs for supporters.

Please note the McDiarmid Park Ticket Office and Stadium remain closed to the public.


Will renewal packs be sent out this year?

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, our Ticket Office is closed to the public and is being run with reduced staff. Therefore, to reduce manual administration, renewal packs will not be issued this year.

It is our intention wherever possible to protect our staff from direct contact with the general public and to help us do this, Season Ticket renewals will be completed via our online ticketing system only this season.

However, should you experience any issues with completing your renewal online, please call 01738 459090 or email ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk.

I want to change my seat this season, can I do this online?

Fans renewing a Season Ticket who wish to keep the same seat will be able to renew online from Wednesday 1st July 2020. If you wish to change your seat you will need to wait until our general sale on Wednesday 15th July 2020.

What happens to my existing seat if I do not renew by 15th July?

You may still be able to buy your existing seat after 15th July but it will also be visible and available to those buying a Season Ticket for the first time or returning Season Ticket holders who never purchased last season.

I have a wheelchair/ambulant disabled Season Ticket. Can I renew my Season Ticket (and that of my personal assistant) online?

You should follow the process online and a personal assistant Season Ticket will be issued if there is already one attached to your current Season Ticket. Any new applications can be made directly by contacting on 01738 459090 or email ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk.

I am moving from one age/price category to another. Can I renew my season ticket online?

If you are moving from one season ticket age/price category to another you will not be able to renew online. Please contact us on 01738 459090 or email ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk.

Will access to Saints TV for home league games be available for all Season Ticket holders?

All Season Ticket holders will have access to Saints TV with the exception of those with free Season Tickets (aged 12 and under and personal assistants). All home league games will be broadcast live on Saints TV to Season Ticket holders.

Will I get access to online away games as part of my Season Ticket?

No, away games will not be included.

Will away teams be offering online games?

While there are ongoing discussions there has been no agreement yet as to whether or not games will be available on a pay per view basis.

Will all fans who do not buy a Season Ticket have access to online home league games?

See above.

I am purchasing my Season Ticket in the East/Ormond Stand, am I required to select an additional seat in the Main Stand too?

In order to make the online purchasing process as easy as possible for our supporters, those purchasing Season Tickets in the East or Ormond Stands will not have to select an additional seat in the Main Stand at this time.

Supporters purchasing Season Tickets in the East or Ormond Stands may be asked to select an additional seat online in the future should the Club be required to move fans into the Main Stand due to COVID-19 restrictions or for any other reason.

Can I purchase a carpark permit for this season?

Parking permits are not on sale at present. We will put them on sale once have received confirmation that supporters are permitted to return to live matches.

I have a Campbell Suite Season Ticket. How will this work?

The Club would be delighted if Campbell Suite members purchased an Adult Executive Padded Seating Season Ticket in the Main Stand with a view to upgrading on a pro-rata basis when our bar service is given the green light to resume again.

By purchasing an Executive Padded Seating Season Ticket, you will gain online access to Saints TV to watch home matches.

I am renewing my Season Ticket and would like to take advantage of the renewal discount. How do I do this?

When you apply online for your Season Ticket renewal you can add a discount by applying the promo-code SJFC15 at checkout. There will be a promo-code box that applies the discount at time of order. Please note the discount promo will not be available after 15th July 2020 and all Season Tickets will be at full price thereafter. Should renewing Season Ticket holders wish a refund or discount after this date then you should follow the instructions in the next question.

I do not wish to renew my Season Ticket this season or I’m renewing after Wednesday 15th July, how do I apply for a part refund on my 19/20 Season Ticket?

The Board understands that for various reason some fans may not wish to – or be in a position to – renew their Season Ticket for 20/21 season or be in a position to renew early.

If you wish to apply for a refund on your unused portion of the 19/20 Season Ticket, the Club would ask that you email strefund@perthsaints.co.uk quoting your name(s), address and season ticket number(s), along with your contact details. A member of staff will contact you to arrange a refund via bank transfer.

Please note this option and email address will close on 1st August 2020. If you wish to donate your discount to our Youth Development Fund, you do not need to take any action.

What if I don’t want the checkout discount when I purchase my new Season Ticket and want to donate it to the Youth Development Fund?

As mentioned, the Club is offering a discount of 15% to renewing Season Ticket holders as compensation for games missed in last season.

Many fans contacting the Club have indicated they do not wish to take this discount but instead would like to donate it to the Youth Development Fund.

We are extremely grateful for this kind gesture during these difficult times. You do not need to take any further action if you wish to donate you should checkout online without applying any promo-codes.

Will concession Season Ticket holders have access to Saints TV as well?

Yes, all Season Ticket holders will have access to Saints TV with the exception of those in the 12 and under category who receive free Season Tickets.

All 12 and under Season Tickets are issued with an adult ticket therefore the household will still have access to Saints TV

Is a finance option available this year?

There will be an option to indicate that you wish to finance your Season Ticket. This will then reserve your seat. Our finance partner will either grant or decline finance directly to you. Once the Club is made aware that you have been accepted, a Season Ticket will be issued. Please note this could take up to three weeks to be completed.

When will fans be allowed back in the stadium?

At the moment there is no set date for when supporters will be allowed to return to the stadium for matches. This decision will be down to the relevant authorities and the Club will continue to update supporters as and when we have further information available to us.

It may be that when fans are permitted back inside the stadium there will be a limit on the number of supporters we are allowed to accommodate.

If this is the case, then entry will be allocated to Season Ticket holders based on when a ticket is purchased (which means that early renewal existing Season Ticket holders will have priority).

The Club are hoping that when the time comes all Season Ticket holders will be accommodated, however this will depend on guidance from the relevant authorities.

When fans are allowed back in the stadium will there be a pay at the gate option?

For the foreseeable future and when we are allowed fans back in the stadium, there will be no pay at the gate option.

All those who would normally pay at the gate will need to purchase online in advance. This can be done in a matter of minutes and tickets can be printed at home or downloaded straight to your smartphone for easy access.

This simple process on our website will eliminate the need for cash handling and possible cross contamination. Options are being investigated for Apple and Samsung wallet as well.

The Club is also pursuing a cashless policy throughout McDiarmid Park and as such work is underway to install card terminals and point of sale systems at all outlets within the stadium including kiosks, bars, the club shop and ticketing.

I live abroad/other part of UK and buy a Season ticket I rarely use. I also subscribe to Saints TV. Will I now get Saints TV without subscribing?

Yes; if you purchase a season ticket you will receive Saints TV as part of your Season Ticket package whilst access to the stadium is restricted.

Once fans are allowed back to McDiarmid Park without restrictions, access to Saints TV will be switched off for non-subscribers.
