LAST TIME OUT: DUNDEE
Dundee, who sit 11th in the William Hill Premiership and three points ahead of us, were defeated 2-1 by Motherwell at Fir Park on Wednesday night.
Dan Casey had given the hosts an early first half advantage but striker Simon Murray prodded in a leveller from close range as the game reached its latter stages.
But Casey was the hero for the Steelmen when he grabbed his second of the evening in the 84th minute with a composed finish from inside the box.
LAST TIME OUT: SAINTS
We picked up a vital three points on Wednesday evening with a well-earned victory against Ross County at McDiarmid Park.
Visiting goalkeeper Jordan Amissah was in fine form and kept the score level in the first half with a host of impressive saves.
But he was unable to stop Makenzie Kirk from powering the ball into the back of the net in the 66th minute after initially keeping out Stephen Duke-McKenna’s effort.
The result pulled us to within three points of this weekend’s opponents Dundee.
