Saints cruised to a superb 3-1 win at Dens Park, extending a fine run of form with goals from Gregory Tade, Liam Craig and Steven MacLean.

Tade put the visitors one in front after 16 minutes, with Craig's cross causing hesitancy in the home defence, the striker blasting a shot high into the net.

Dundee equalised six minutes later from the penalty spot as Frazer Wright was penalised for a block in the Saints box; Ryan Conroy slotting home the spot-kick.

But it was all Saints after that and it only took another five minutes for Craig to get the visitors ahead again, Chris Millar crossing with a knock-on from Tade, and Craig made no mistake from close range.

Saints extended the lead again, seven minutes into the second half, as Wright's header from a corner met MacLean at the back post - the striker gratefully accepting and converting the chance.

There were plenty more opportunities to extend the lead - just as Dundee had two chances right at the end - but a comfortable away win is another great result, making it four wins on the bounce for a rejuvenated Saints squad.
