Position: Catering Manager (Front of House)

Location: St Johnstone Football Club, Perth

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Hours: Up to 48 hours (variable) per week, flexibility essential to meet the needs of the business including evenings and weekends.

Salary: Dependent on experience

St Johnstone Football Club has a hard-won and enviable reputation for the quality of its conference and meeting facilities, match day hospitality, public restaurant and private celebration facilities and an excellent opportunity has arisen for the position of Catering Manager to lead the team of staff who help provide these services.

The ideal candidate shall have previous experience in a similar role and be looking for the challenge of building a catering team capable of satisfying club and customer requirements across the full spectrum of the opportunities which the club provides to its customers.

Main duties will include:
-the serving of food and alcoholic beverages
-delivery of excellent customer service

(This role may also include some heavy lifting.)
