Drey Wright

London-born winger Drey Wright made his way through the youth ranks at Colchester United before going on to make over 130 league appearances for the Essex club between 2012 and 2018.

Saints moved quickly to snap up Wright on a pre-contract agreement in May 2018 and he moved north of the border that summer becoming the club's first acquisition of a busy transfer window.

Drey made his debut in the penalty shootout victory over East Fife in the League Cup back in July and quickly established himself as a key player in the first-team squad. His pace and skill down the right flank helped make Drey a fans' favourite from the early stages of his Saints career and he scored his first goal for the club in the 4-2 (AET) victory over Queen of the South in the League Cup in August.

He featured in every game of the 2018/19 season up until he injured his cruciate ligament in the 0-0 stalemate with Kilmarnock in November - an injury which rules Drey out for the remainder of the campaign.

Drey's home jersey is kindly sponsored by The Muirton Sweeties and his away jersey is kindly sponsored by StandardAero.
