Alistair Stevenson

Another extremely important figure at St. Johnstone is Alistair Stevenson who oversees and manages the running of the Saints Youth Academy. He returned to Perth in November 2012 after previously being at the club between 1993-2003 before moving to Hibernian. During his first spell at McDiarmid Park he helped unearth players such as Danny Griffin, Stuart McCluskey and Andy Whiteford amongst others.

For the first time ever the entire intake of new players to the U20s side came from the ranks of the club's Youth Academy, a sign of the good work Alistair has undertaken since his return.

As well as overseeing the Academy, Alistair also assists Manager Alec Cleland in coaching the U20s side.
