Saints Under 20s are back in action tomorrow afternoon when they take on Rangers in an SFA Youth Cup Fourth Round tie at New Central Park, Kelty. Kick off 2pm.

The tie was originally meant to take place last week at McDiarmid Park but was postponed due to the wintery weather. Coach Alex Cleland said; “It’s frustrating to have to take it away from McDiarmid Park but we are already substantially behind the timeframe for this tie having taken place. We need to give this game as much chance of taking place as possible and moving it to Kelty gives us that. We’ve been using New Central Park for some of our SPFL Development league games over the winter and it’s a good surface.”

Saints progressed into the Fourth Round back in October when they defeated Dundee United 2-1 thanks to a double from Jamie Docherty. Whilst Rangers defeated Partick Thistle 5-2 in the last round at Ibrox in November. The winners of tomorrow’s tie will be away to Celtic in the next round.
