Saints appoint Megan as Engagement Manager

14th October 2016

Saints have appointed Megan Moss as the club’s School Engagement Manager, a newly made role at McDiarmid Park focussed on engaging local school children with St. Johnstone Football Club.

The Californian has spent the past twelve months studying for a Masters Degree in Marketing, and in the past has worked in the Marketing Department at LA Galaxy in the MLS. It was during that time she graduated from university with a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations & Advertising.

Upon joining Saints, Megan said: “I’m really excited to take up this opportunity. Football is my life and my passion, so working at a football club doesn’t feel like a job to me. Football is at the core of who I am.

“Firstly I want to go out into the community and create a lot of buzz and excitement about the league and St. Johnstone. I’m looking forward to getting people more interested, excited and involved with the club.

“When I worked at LA Galaxy it was my job to go out into the community to create events, to familiarise them with the brand and to get them excited. That’s what I plan to do in Perth for St. Johnstone.”

Megan is also a footballer for Scottish Women’s Premier League side Stirling University.

If you're a teacher at a school in Perthshire & Kinross and would like to get in contact with Megan please email MeganMoss@perthsaints.co.uk
