Saints will have a new front of jersey sponsor for the forthcoming season with the club delighted to announce that well-known local company Binn Group will feature in this prominent position on the playing kit.

The Glenfarg-based company have, of course, featured as one of our back of jersey sponsors in recent times but will step up their involvement in the club with this two-year-deal.

Speaking about the new deal, Binn Group Chairman John McGregor commented: “After many years of being the back of shirt sponsors, The Binn Group is absolutely delighted to be the principal shirt sponsor for the season ahead, continuing our long and proud relationship with St Johnstone.”

The club is also pleased to announce that taking Binn Group’s place at the top of the back of the jersey is MKM Building Supplies.

MKM’s Perth Branch Director Alan Patterson said: “MKM Building Supplies in Perth is extremely proud to be one of the main sponsors of St Johnstone FC for the coming season.

"We see this as a fantastic opportunity for a local company to be able to support our local team."

Still on the commercial front, everyone at McDiarmid Park is delighted that local taxi firm A & B Taxis will continue their sponsorship of the bottom of the back of the jersey following their successful inaugural season.

Jimmy Turriff of A & B – who also sponsor a youth team - commented: “A & B is delighted to continue our support and strong association with St Johnstone FC.”

Finally, we’re also pleased to confirm that Kinross-based children’s hospice CHAS will once again feature on the players' shorts as our official charity partners.

Speaking of the news, Chairman Steve Brown said: “We have a long association with the Binn Group and I am absolutely delighted that they are making the step up to be front of jersey sponsors.

"It’s also great news that MKM Building Supplies – who have been a loyal supporter of the club - have ventured into the jersey sponsorship area for the first time and it’s great that our good friends at A & B Taxis are retaining their involvement in this area.

“The three companies make for a great set of local businesses to adorn our kit and we look forward to working with them and I would thank them for their support.”

As previously announced, Saints signed a deal with a new kit and apparel supplier for the new campaign – BLK Sport –and fans don’t have long to wait to view the new away kit which will be revealed on Monday and available to buy from Tuesday.
