Former Director Dave Sidey

The Directors and staff at the club were sad to learn of the sudden passing last week of former Director David Sidey.
Dave was one of the new Directors brought into the club by Geoff Brown when he took control of Saints in 1986 and, like the other new recruits, he was given specific roles and responsibilities as the new Board of Directors looked to steady the club.
After many years of sterling service to Geoff and the Board, Dave stepped down as Director but remained a great Saints fan and was always a welcome and ‘weel kent’ face at McDiarmid Park.
The thoughts of everyone at the Club are with his widow Flora and all his family at this time.
