Cummins & Gilchrist leave the club

Saints have today cancelled two player contracts by mutual consent with the players concerned.

Striker Graham Cummins and defender Ally Gilchrist have both left the club with Cummins set for a return to his homeland with Cork City.

Signed in 2010 Ally Gilchrist came through the club's youth system and developed in loan spells with Elgin City and Peterhead. Ally started five games for Saints - including both of this season's Europa League games - and made 18 appearances from the bench. Ally also has a new start in the pipeline.

Graham joined the club in 2015 from Exeter City and in 56 starts and 36 appearances from the bench scored 15 goals - the most recent his spectacular strike in the win at Ibrox.

Both players leave McDiarmid Park with the very best wishes of everyone at the club.
