As Saints boss Tommy Wright moves forward with his plans for next season, 22-year-old defender Aaron Comrie has been made aware that he will not be offered a contract extension to remain with the club.
The right-back joined Saints in February 2015 after his release from Celtic and has started 13 matches in his time with the club as well as two appearances from the bench.
Speaking about the decision, the manager said: “Aaron is at the age where he needs to be playing first-team football on a regular basis and I can’t promise that here.
"Aaron is a good player though and leaves with the best wishes of all the staff here at McDiarmid Park.”
