The Wright Way

As previously announced back in October 2018, the club has teamed up with Aviva in a three-year community partnership and we're delighted to launch our brand new initiative 'The Wright Way' which will focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle to children in Perth.
The intitiative has the full backing of manager Tommy Wright and will be taken to two local primary schools in the coming weeks and months starting on Tuesday 19th February at Tulloch Primary.
Danny Griffin - the former Saints and Northern Ireland defender who is now Club and Community Co-ordinator for the St. Johnstone Community Trust - will be overseeing the delivery of the initiative to the local schools and he spoke to the club's official website this afternoon about 'The Wright Way'.
"It's a brilliant intitiative," Danny said, "and I'm delighted that it has the full backing of the club and the manager Tommy Wright.
"Over the coming weeks we'll be taking 'The Wright Way' out to two local schools to help children learn more about leading a healthy lifestyle.
"We'll focus on helping them understand more about healthy diets and exercising regularly as well as working on other things such as good sportsmanship and being inclusive.
"It's great to be delivering 'The Wright Way' in conjunction with Aviva, St. Johnstone Football Club and the Community Trust and we're sure it will be of huge benefit to the kids in Perth."
