CLUB SADDENED BY PASSING OF SUPPORTER AT GREENOCK

Tuesday night’s League Cup success against Morton was a great result for the club but unfortunately it has been tinged with sadness as the club has been advised that supporter Sandy Gardiner collapsed and died minutes after leaving Cappielow.

Sandy had been a supporter for many years and followed Saints home and away and it is fitting that his final match was such a positive occasion.

The thoughts of everyone at St Johnstone FC are with Sandy’s family and friends at this sad time.
