ST JOHNSTONE TO FACE GREENOCK MORTON IN LEAGUE CUP

For the second time in three seasons, St. Johnstone will travel to Cappielow to take on Greenock Morton in the Scottish League Cup quarter finals.
The draw was made today at Hampden Park and sees a repeat of the tie in 2013 when a stoppage time goal from Gary McDonald took Saints through to the semi finals at their hosts expense.
The match will be played on either the 27th or 28th of October. In the other draws, Dundee United travel to Hibernian, Hearts host Celtic and a Highland derby between Inverness and Ross County will also take place.
