DUNBLANE PRIMARY SCHOOL WELCOMES THE SCOTTISH CUP

26th July 2016

On Wednesday afternoon the Scottish Cup took a trip down the A9 from McDiarmid Park to Dunblane Primary School. The visit came about after a primary 1 pupil at the school - who is a massive St. Johnstone fan - asked the club if they could bring the world's oldest national sports trophy to his school in historic Perthshire.

The cup was shown at the upper and lower school assemblies before being taken around each of the 17 classes for photo opportunities.

If your school would like a visit from the Scottish Cup before it is returned to the Scottish Football Association at the end of March please email ross@perthsaints.co.uk
