SAINTS DRAW AT FIRHILL

St Johnstone battled to keep a clean sheet and come away with a point at a wet Firhill this afternoon.
The best chances of the match fell to the away side with Lee Croft unlucky not score late in the first half and Simon Lappin and Murray Davidson both came close late in the second half.
It was a much needed point for Saints which put an end to five consecutive league defeats. The Perth side will also take a lot of confidence from keeping a clean sheet against a side who had won four games at Firhill already this season.
